Paying some extra attention to how you wash your clothes will not only prolong their life, but also help minimize the environmental impact and save our natural resources. The washing instructions on the label will give you advise on how to best care for your garment.

Take off removable details and do up Velcro and zip fastenings before washing. Wash  delicate garments with details in a laundry bag.

Knits should be reshaped and dried flat to maintain the original shape.

Natural materials  and viscose which is an artificial fiber from cellulose can easily get mis-shapen when wet, like linen or silk. To restore the garment to its original shape, iron it with a hot steam iron on the reverse side.

Wool items: use the wool or hand wash cycle on your washing machine or wash by hand. Iron on the reverse after washing to restore the natural sheen.

​

Wash garments inside out to reduce fade. Remove them from the washing machine as soon as possible after the cycle has ended to avoid creasing.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our return policy only applies to clothing bought online. We will accept any item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please return the clothes in the original package.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.

Special or custom orders are final sale.

 

Purchases of items marked “final sale” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable in our discretion. Any such designation will be noted on each item detail page.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

Please contact federicapritz@gmail.com for a return/exchange authorization number. This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your purchase. We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 14 day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned items with the original tags attached. Please contact us for additional information.
